I just updated my graphics driver and installed the Catalyst Control Center which came with the update.
Since then, my second monitor is not recognized unless I manually open the Catalyst Control Center, go to the Common Display Tasks Menu, and press the Detect Displays item EVERY TIME. It is driving me nuts. My out of date driver didn't make me do this.
So I found the Display Detection Option in the Catalyst Control Center, changed it to "Detect whenever Catalyst Control Center is opened", pressed the Apply button, and it just immediately changes back to "Use manual detection only". Why is it doing this? Why can't I make it detect automatically? It doesn't even give me an error message, it just refuses to accept for no apparent reason...
