Is there an alternative besides HP or the computer manufacturer for downloading the latest drivers for radeon HD 6000m series with switchable graphics?

HP currently only has a very old outdated driver, and I know for a fact thre is a more recent version. My drivers had to reinstall back to the one HP offers and I had a new software suite compatible with my sitchable graphics before. I don't remember where i got it, either from amd(which doesnt give me the right one) or from HP which for some reason doesn't have it anymore

This is what I'm looking at from HP right now

And what I am looking for:

Try this...go to Intel support ..'find by catagory' > graphics > laptop > choose which generation/hd graphics you have. Download the drivers to your desktop. Download these Mobility drivers and save them to desktop. Using the 'uninstall a program' in your computer control panel, find AMD install manager and express uninstall all AMD software..don't reboot. Uninstall the Intel graphics. Reboot. (it is best to disconnect from the internet so Windows update doesn't get involved). First install the Intel drivers..if it asks for a reboot do it. Now install the AMD drivers use custom install. Reboot. You should be good to go. Make a restore point before you do all this.

Intel?? The switchable graphics are HD Radeon 6550m and radeon 4250 as a power saving GPU

I wanted that beta driver to work very badly and even said "AMD PowerXpress™ enabled notebooks using AMD chipsets " but currently not supported by the Mantle codepath. And it did not work and had to roll back the drivers. Don't really get it..

I did however find this modifification download and is working perfectly so far. I haven't tried any games yet but I will tomorrow.

Thats not what your image shows. It shows a Intel IGP and another high performance discrete graphics card.
