Hi, Im Natesh from Bangalore, India. When I try to update to the latest version of the ATI Catalyst Control Center it keeps crashing. I need to use the Elements 3d plug-in for my animation work in Adobe After Effects CS6. It says I need to update to the latest version of the driver for it to work but I'm unable to do so. I'd really appreciate it if you could help me out with this. Thank you.

Dell Inspiron N4050
Intel Core i5-2430M CPU @ 2.40 GHz
4.00 GB RAM
Windows 7
The error message I get when I try istalling Elements 3D is 'Please ensure your GPU drivers are up to date, and that your GPU is compatible'.
I have an ATI AMD Radeon HD 6470M if it's of any help.

I can't say if the gpu is compatible or not, but read this post and make sure you have Window Fully updated.

edit: Also disable any anti-virus/ad blocker/etc. while trying to install the drivers.
