Hi,

My computer is PC under Windows 8.1 64b with a AMD Radeon (TM) HD8970M. I bought it in January.

Since the Update of Windows 8.1 (yesterday) I got the message:

"Catalyst Control Center a cessé de fonctionner. Windows va fermer cette application"

I think that it is a driver problem, but I don't know if it exists a new version of the driver for this update.

Thanks for your help

Go to the laptop manufacturer's support website and install the drivers they furnish for your model.

Thanks for your reply. I tried to find a link for the driver I need, but... I failed. Moreover I tried different links, and I am not sure that the file to download is OK. Indeed, catalyst worked on my computer, but no more since the last update of Windows 8.1.

Would you be so kind to give me a link.

Thanks for your help.

First, make sure your computer supports the upgrade to 8.1. Not all do. If it does support it, the the manufacturer has drivers for it. Check for bios update as well...very common. Also, go to Windows Update and install the updates available, especially look at the 'suggested' and 'recommended' updates.

How can I give you a link when you haven't said what laptop you have? Give us the manufacturer and the model.
