I have a notebook with AMD HD 6900 Series.

I am using CCC 14.4 with Windows 7 64 bit.

I use the second video output with HDMI with a TV Led.

I always used to leave any players (PowerDVD, etc) to sync the fps of the videos with the hz of the TV.

I.E. a 24fps video would sync to 24hz on my TV.

With 14.4 when the video is 24fps and the TV become to 24hz (instead 60hz) happen that the video heavily stutter.

May somebody help me?
