Since a few weeks ago, the Anti-Aliasing in my computer has stopped working, which I figured to be directly linked to CCC, which I have been using for quite a while now.

The current situation is that no matter how I change the settings on CCC, the anti-aliasing in any game stays the same - filled with jagged edges and incapable of making anything close to a curve - and changing the settings in CCC only changes the amount of lag I get. I tried completelly disabling all AA features in CCC and using the in-game settings, but apparently it's not working as well. I already tried resetting CCC to factory standards.

The version of CCC I'm using is 2013.1206.1603.28764, and the graphics card is an AMD Radeon HD 7700M Series.

And if there is no known fix for the issue, is there a way for me to change the standard graphics card from the Intel HD Graphics 4000 to the AMD one, so I can disable CCC - which has only caused problems so far, dating to the very first few days I got this PC - once and for all?

Yes you can go into the bios and change the graphics setting from 'dynamic' (or something similar to 'static' or fixed' (or something similar).
