Hello,

I have a HP Pavilion e020sq, windows 7/64bit, and video card is AMD Radeon HD 8600M series. No over clocking.

Motherboard: Intel HM 76 Express

Processor: Intel Core i5-3230M, CPU@ 2.60Hz

I downloaded the driver and instal it, but it didn`t work. When I check the Device Manager > Display Adapters > AMD Radeon HD 8600M series is says: "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

I don`t know what to do. Please help!!

You need to check Windows Update for 'optional' and 'recommended' updates and install the ones that are relevant. Check for a bios change. Check with HP support and download the graphics drivers designed for your laptop graphics.

With all the problems you have had, it would be better if you take your computer to a professional and pay them to fix what you have done/screwed up. Checking with HP, there are no Win 7 drivers or bios change for your model laptop.  Get it back to the original state and leave it alone.

NOTE:If the operating system that you need is not listed, updates for your computer are not available from HP at this time.
