Hi there

I have NP350E7C-S0BDE laptop with AMD Radeon HD 7670M and Intell HD 4000 switchable stuff.

Everything worked fine, even with 8.1 windows, untill yesterday windows update has updated some drivers...then I god BSOD and after restart every few mins I got BSOD about AMD and code 43...

I`ve tried everything...removed drivers and reinstalled new, old and everything between...
even installed new Windows 7...same problem...and new 8.1...
no luck...

So is there combination of drivers that work? old, new, prehistoric?

As in every other post like yours.....read UPDATING MOBILITY DRIVERS sticky. Especially the part about switchable graphics.

Have you run Windows Update and installed the relevant 'optional' and 'recommended' updates ? These are important and will not be downloaded automatically. Can you see any updates that have to do with graphics that Windows Update has recently installed? If so delete them. Did the drivers from Samsung include the drivers for the Intel graphics as well as the AMD graphics?

EDIT: Also Google ' error code 43 ' as there is some good information there.

I have a Samsung NP300E5V with Radeon 8750M, I had similar issues, Black Screen in my case and same error code 43 as you with drivers fom Samsung website on Windows 8.1 (Worked on Windows 7). I use the drivers from AMD website now, without such issues.

Samsung has not updated any GPU drivers for Windows 8.1, last was for 8 and those drivers cause issues with 8.1 as you and I have had. Even laptops coming with 8.1 do not have AMD drivers on their SWUpdate utility, you can check for yourself. I spoke to them and they do not even  have a timeline for upating, and simply told me to use drivers from AMD/ATI website.
