A couple of months ago, I had sound issues when playing Football Manager on my laptop. I went to the support forum of the developer, SEGA, and they made it only worse. At one point, a SEGA-employee told me to update my graphic device and told me how to do it.

So I went to http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx, downloaded the autodetect and installed the proposed update. From the moment it was installed, my screen turned black and I can just see a little bit when there's enough sunlight or when using a flashlight.

Apparently, the SEGA guy can't seem to fix my problems that he caused, and now I haven't been able to use my laptop for two months by now. I really hope one of you can help me out. You can find the DxDiag below as the attachment didn't work.
