.. which resolves multi-GPU issues with stuck 3D clocks, something the AMD team seem not to be able to resolve themselves as this has been ongoing since Cat 12.3 or 12.4.

Tried them as a "Why not ?" to see for myself and I can say quite confidently that they work just fine, been running them though all of my games here, no issues at BOOT with stuck 3D clocks on 2ndary card, games seem to have had a small FPS boost too. Been a couple of weeks now, so if anything bad was going to reveal itself, then I think it would have happened by now.

I'm happy with them, although as they do say - YMMV.

OK, been running these for a while now and they're stable and work.

My x2 HD3870s are happily running and I've updated a few HD48xx series card systems for a few friends and they're running perfectly too.

If you're having trouble with the official legacy 12.6's then I'd highly recommend trying them out.

Doesn't work for me (Gigabyte HD4650 AGP) -- downloaded the modded version from guru3d but the installer program generates this error during the process: "The handle is invalid".  Since it won't complete, I've had to reinstall 12.4 and am still using it.  The attempt was made when  logged into the Administrator account, so it shouldn't have been an issue with permissions (running Vista Ultimate 32-bit).

Any thoughts on how to get around the problem, or is there an error log kept somewhere I could post that would help in debugging the problem?  I wasn't able to discover it, if so.

Was hoping the new 12.10 release would resolve the issue(s) of 12.6 for AGP cards, but a newer version that's applicable isn't available yet (may not ever be).
