My pc had .Net Framework problems that have since been fixed, and the .NET Framework(s) are validated as correctly installed, but now my device manager is not recognizing my Radeon HD 4600 video card. It shows a VGA Compatible Video Controller, and I can't figure out how to get that changed. It used to show the 4600, and the CCC was working. Now, neither.

CPU Details:  Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.20GHz (2 CPUs)

Motherboard BIOS Version:  BIOS Date: 08/04/05 22:35:07 Ver: 08.00.09

System Memory Type and Amount:  2GB DDR SDRAM PC3200

Additional Hardware:  WDC WD2500KS-00MJB0(Western Digital)

Additional Details:  Malware and Virus checks ran, and were negative for problems.
