Issue Details: My pc had .Net Framework problems that have since been fixed, and the .NET Framework(s) are validated as correctly installed, but now my device manager is not recognizing my Radeon HD 4600 video card. It shows a VGA Compatible Video Controller, and I can't figure out how to get that changed. It used to show the 4600, and the CCC was working. Now, neither.
