After reboot temperature about 79-80 C. This screenshot maked after game. 10-15 mins already passed and temperature still 110. In game after 5-10 mins card overheating (125 C) and my pc shut down. Its happen every time when i try launch game. Earlier this was not.This started about a week ago i try to clean card but it did not help. Help me somebody please. . Looks like
cooling just does not work.

125 Celcius? Thats some NICE overheating there! Now what you are going to do.. you will NOT run any game anymore since at such temps that card is going to melt (if it hasn't already causing permanent damage).. then take the card out.. take the plastic cover off and clean it from all the dust.

I am clean all and replaced the thermal grease. Card still overheating.
and after raising the temperature it is no longer decreasing, but increasing only.

Then its possible that the thermal led is damaged, giving false data and the actual temp may be around 50-70c, so far I haven't seen a card reach 125C and not get bricked, try checking temps with some different program, like gpu-z, may give a different result.

I touched the radiator on the card and it is very hot. My card looks like it . I took scavenged body cooler and set it in front of the radiator. temperature is significantly decreased

If that is a passive card, then it depends on case airflow to keep it cool.

A passive 4850? I'm sure the guy who invented it is already fired, maybe killed as well. It's one of the hottest cards of AMD, even its single slot variant is unstable, not to mention one without a cooler.

@OP: Remove the side panel of your PC and put a big fan to blow the inside. You know, the one you use at summer to survive. Check the temps again. If they drop, your thermal sensor is working fine and it is indeed the card melting.
