Where can I get drivers for Windows 8 x64 graphics card Radeon x1300?

 

Same place you can get parts for your Model T. Seriously, time to move into this decade if you're going to spend over $100 on Windows 8.

You can try the Vista drivers. If they don't work, you're out of luck. That card hasn't been supported for many years.
