While i play smth as League of legends my desktop goes black sometimes it restarts but i see graphic lines and other stuff..
My AMD grapich card is HD 6750 and my screen name is Samsung Sync Master 2232BW..

I have a ATI RADEON HD 4870 card. when i boot my pc first time
it works fine. But if i reboot my pc display card not work. so i turn of pc and disconnect pc from power. After couple of hours card works again. please help me to find some solution. How about bios flash? will it work?

Lines on the screen may mean a dead card. Maybe overheating.

 

Dead capacitor(s) somewhere in your PC (probably). Maybe on the card, maybe on the mobo, maybe in the PSU. Borrow a PSU and try your card with it. A bios flash surely wouldn't help as it has no control over powering your card.
