Hi!
I have been having problems whenever i play any game on my PC in which a few minutes of playing the game the system would crash and icons will get pixelated and just about anything else i would try to open would instantly crash and force close. So at first i check my even log and the error was pointing towards AODdriver 4.2.0 which i found out that it was a driver issue with my video card. 
With careful reading and searching i managed to get rid of the error, but now the same issue happens and when i checked the event log it tells me the following error: "The ASUS HM Com Service service terminated unexpectedly.  It has done this 2 time(s)." EventID: 7034
I have searched everywhere and i still cant find any solution to this issue! if it helps, here are my PC specs:

Are your drivers current?  Depending on the last time you did a clean install of the CCC drivers I would recommend uninstalling them, running Driver Fusion (in safe mode and with elevated privileges) for AMD graphics then reboot and install the latest CCC driver package.

The drivers i have right now are the 12.11 Beta with .net 4.0 support
I havent done a clean install in quite some time, but ill give it a try and ill post results! 

Sorry for the late response, but i did find out what the issue was, and apparently my PSU was not strong enough so i had to get a new one. But now i just ran into another issue. Today i opened up Winamp and i got a BSOD and the system rebooted itself. I downloaded blue screen viewer and the following showed up :
