There are green dots on my screen whenever I try to watch videos or play games. They flicker and change places. This problem started when I reinstalled windows 7. I installed the latest driver but that did not help. I would really appreciate your help. The only thing I did was to reinstall windows

Edit: I should probably have mentioned that I get this message: kbdsync.exe stop working

For the kbsync error  try uninstalling the "AMD APP SDK Runtime.

Open Control Panel>Programs and features
Click on AMD Calayst Install Manager then click Change
Click Next on the welcome screen
Click Uninstall Manager then click Next
Click Custom then Next
Check box next to AMD APP SDK Runtime then click Next
Click Finish

For the dots error, which Catalyst version is it running? Try latest driver from AMD site.

I am on catalyst 13.1, i think it is the latest driver? I used auto detect and install tool. I want to emphasize that the problem started when I reinstalled windows 7.

That is the latest driver. It is possible the HD3600 support has been dropped in the later Catalysts, you might try an older version, e.g 11 or 12.
