I tried to install Windows 7 64 bit on my computer but installation freezes at "Completing Installation" during screen resolution changing (to higher resolution). Then I think the issue is caused by my graphic card ati radeon hd 4650 pci-e

Is there any knwon conflict or issue about Windows 7 Sp1 and ati radeon hd 4650?

No, it should work. Either the card is dead or some other system component. Another case is that you're using a pirated version with an in-built early version of the daz loader, and it's incompatible with your motherboard. This is a very common case, though this is not the right place to get help then.

I use a genuine windows 7 version; however I solved my issue removing the wireless keyboard and mouse (Logitech wireless combo MK520) and I used standard ps2 mouse/keyboard.

Finally windows installs properly
