Hello, I have some problems with fan speed on my HD 4850. It seems that manual fan speed doesn't work, i change it to 20% and nothing happens i tried all the values and still nothing. I dont know whats the problem.I have AMD CCC 13.1 and I tried also with the beta 13.4, I have windows 7-64bit.Motherboard : MSI H61M-P22 (B3)CPU : Intel Pentiun G620If any info is needed, ask away.

Ask the manufacturer is a VBIOS update is available.

Or if the fan speed can be changed on that card. Not all can do it.

I searched on MSI website and i found my video card, but on downloads i found just drivers. http://www.msi.com/product/vga/R4850-MD1G-OC.html#/?div=OverviewCan I install other manufacturer VBIOS ?

If your vidcard can change fanspeed then grab MSI Afterburner. Disable AMD Overdrive in veCCC first.
