my computer information is  the  same as the bottom of the screen but i'm using  a his hd 4670 agp card. i have recently reformatted my  computer  and  everything is  up  to  date, i'm using  the  cat 10.7 agp  windows xp 32  drivers from the HIS site.  my  computer  freezes when i goto youtube while it loads the site (not an  actual video). i am using  ie 8  and   firefox 20.0.1 any ideas?

youtube plays fine  when i  remove  the  card  and   cat 10.7and  set bios back to factory.

Try turning off hardware accelearation in the flash player. They don't support these video cards.

the weird  thing  is  that  only happened  when  the main youtube webpage was fully loaded, the  computer  would  freeze up and i would have  to  press  the power  button, and  reset. the  video card would  play a  video  fine  if i  clicked  on a  video before the youtube mainpage finished completely loading.

I would still try it, it's not just the video that uses flash on those pages.
