VGA Card: ATI Radeon HD3400
AMD Catalyst Driver Version: 7/3/2012
Operating System
- WinXP SP2

Issue Details

Self-diagnosis tells me that the card pulls in more PCI bandwidth to produce the same graphics.

I am experiencing skippy/choppy audio coming from my PCIe audio interface (MOTU 24i/o) from the moment I updated the drivers. (2 days ago) because the previous version of drivers I installed cause my OS to halt with "ati2dvag" stuck in infinite loop when working with hardware acceleration.
