Hi everyone,

I've been looking for drivers for His Radeon HD 4670 (AGP) card for hours! I've installed the Catalyst Software Suite and tried the hotfix. had no success as it only installs the HD audio. I'm currently using the HD 4600 drivers (so it says) but I know these are not working, because games are running low FPS when my older, more less powerful card was running them exactly the same.

Can someone please link me or explain what I need to do to get working drivers for the display and not just audio?

I've also tried installing the drivers off HIS site. to no success.

System Spec:

XP pro service pack 3.

Xeon CPU 2.8GHz (x2)

2GB ram.

500GB HDD

His Redeon HD 4670 (AGP)

Workstation XW6000.

Windows XP, unofficial AGP card, means you need to go to the HIS website and use their drivers.

If HIS's drivers don't work, then you need to ask HIS why their drivers don't work. Or save yourself a headache and do a whole system update, XP is dead.

Why do we always get people like this...They use antique software and unofficial hardware, then blame AMD...

I deleted your last post, BRETT077.  It violated the forum's terms and conditions with the language you chose to use.  I can certainly understand your frustration, but please be mindful of what you post.

You mentioned you plan to build a system with a nVidia product.  That's entirely up to you, but do you want to continue to troubleshoot the issue you are having installing the graphics driver for your HIS HD4670 AGP card?

If so, it would appear it is going to take some troubleshooting to try and narrow down the root cause.  The suggestion to use HIS' driver is valid, and I have seen the most luck on older AGP card with the partner manufacturer's driver install - rather than AMDs.  This can occur, because the partner's deviceID is not found in the INF for our AGP hotfix.

You've tried both AMD's and HIS' driver and they don't install.  We'll need more detail about the system and any steps you've taken thus far to try and resolve it.
