It took 3 months. And no one bit ch did not answer the question. AMD died for me, once and for all.

So AMD is to blame for us, the community, users like you. It that is logical, it's also AMD's fault that you haven't answered your own question...

You use a really bad power supply with a legacy video card on a 32 bit operating system. Strike 1, 2, and 3.
