So I am running a GIGABYTE Radeon hd 4670 1gb agp on this PC, and I reinstalled windows today. I tried with the new hotfix drivers and everything installed correctly, but when I tried to run a game I got a message that there is no graphic card driver installed on my pc. AMD's driver autodetect won't recognize my graphic card.

Connect the monitor to the vdeo card instead of the onboard VGA, and also disable the IGP if possible. Looking at your system specs, your only problem is using the IGP as the primary video card, which doesn't even have drivers installed.
