Have a Dell XPS 435t which I upgraded from Vista to W7. The video card is a ATI HD 4800 series card. When I open the catalyst center nothing is displayed  or I get Not Available for Driver Packaging Version in the information center in the Graphics Software tab. So, I"m wondering if there is a new driver?

4800 series are legacy now. Less updates.

The latest driver is here.  I'm running 13.9 for my 4870.

You may need to check Dell's website for drivers.
