HI! I decided to pee write because I'm very angry AMD! one month I can't install this Catalyst and it is read many material even came to the dismantling of the video card, friction on the registers and other crap! my map is an HD 3870 with Win 7, 64 and so I decided to update the driver and that's what happened. failure to install Catalyst how much time to find a way to rewrite this Katalista software, who will be dealing so long to upload a simple program, so it's not Lost one more customer!, in my person, harsvah AMD, however then walking on sorrows will go in the other camp of NVIDIÂ! And you learn how to write software, and getting no wait and to play with programs that cannot be installed!!!!

I don't think I understand...you peed on your graphics card? No wonder you lost a customer.

I have 2 cards AMD an HD 3870 in Krossfaer mode and I can't install Catalyst Control Center! I know cleaning up registers installed almost everything from CONF. 11.11 to 13.12 and nothing can be installed !!'' Failed load detection driver "

If the detection driver was faulty, it didn't work for anyone. It must be your system. Reinstall it.

You also need to look at upgrading your hardware. The HD 3000 series is legacy.

Same happens here. ASUS EAH5770, 3 years old. Mind: the card is still being sold! 

Updating from 11.6 to 11.9 on W7-64 no problem with ATI driver package, but...

Updating from 11.9 to 13.12. No problem on W7-32bit, but no go on W7-64bit.

Then it must be an issue with the certificate repository of your OS, as 64 bit windows only allows signed drivers to run. Not using windows update, aren't we?...

You may want to install updates or temporarily disable signature enforcement and see if the driver runs then. Note that it IS signed, it's your system falsely assuming it is not.
