Last version of driver and catalyst of my ati 4850 is 13.1, (with beta 13.4 seems problem)

I remove all windows microsof  amd driver 

 

 

-then i install driver Catalyst 13.1 (13-1-legacy_vista_win7_win8_64_dd_ccc)

but when i try to open catalyst from try bar , i optain this error:

With witndows 8, all runs good, but now? whats appened?

( i install new hd samsugn ssd 860 pro , can be this the problem? )

The HD 4000 series and previous are not supported under Windows 8.1

this is a bad notice,

my hd4850 is old but run so good, i plaied dead space 3 and now to splinter cell blacklist and i have good performace and fps, with a medium quality.

SO, i need a little overclook of my ati, i used CCC for overclock, now qhat software can i use?

The HD 4xxx series cards do not meet the minimum requirements for Windows 8.1 and is not supported. Best to buy a newer card, 5xxx series and above.
