The HD4xxx series and older do not meet the minimum requirements for Windows 8.1. Check with your computer manufacturer to see if they have drivers for you.

I have the CD with the drivers from AMD but yet can not open Catalyst Control Center! Would not be so interested in him but can not set gamma brightness and contrast without it!Like I said earlier, contrast  gamma and brightness are very high, and there are disturbing for the eyes!there any solution to adjust them, even without the catalyst control center?

thank you!

Is this a laptop?

There should be a brightness up/down using the Fn key on your keyboard.

Look on your keyboard....there should be a up/down screen brightness. It looks like a little sun , one with a up arrow and another with a down arrow. You have to press Fn then the up or down. Look at your computer owners manual.  The drivers that came with the card (which is old and doesn't have current drivers available) are not fully functionable...the Control Panel will not work. Go run Windows Update and install the relevent "Recommended" or "Suggested" updates..there are updates with netframework and wdm. For less than $30 you can buy a HD5xxx series card which Windows 8.1 supports...that is your best bet.
