AGP motherboard and now i can't get resolution higher then 1280x1024

i tried instaling the agp hot fix drivers but it didn't helped so what can i do now to get full HD resolution?

The HD 4000 series and earlier cards are not supported by Windows 8. All HD 2000 and later cards with an AGP interface are unofficial and supported directly by the manufacturer.
