This is a very nice tool I ran across...basically, just choose your country and browser and it will find the public DNS server that is best (fastest) for you.

Changing my DNS server really sped up my web search and page loading time. I mean considerably. Just use the one it suggests...forget/don't worry about any 'hijacked' noticed (you can research that if you like, it's a glitch). Use the suggested DNS as your primary (I left the secondary as it was). If you are behind a router (wireless) change the DNS of the router and all computers will benefit that are connected thru it.

edit: Just choose your country and what browser you normally use...don't need to check anything else....unless you only want servers that censor your searches (no po*n).
