Typo on the watts of the bottom two models though?

Yeah...they look out of whack. If this leak is valid, looks like at least two series are/were to be released this year (2012).

AMD originally planned to launch them around Christmas but pushed it back to 2013, but that still doesn't rule out a "paper launch" when nVidia does their refreshers. As far as the validity goes, it's most likely fake, wouldn't be surprised if someone at AMD "leaked" a chart as a joke to see who bites, but I don't think 25% is unrealistic in terms of improvement, simply because it will be second generation GCN (and I believe AMD said to expect 25% improvement in gaming performance)
