i would some input on what the groups thinks of this Upgrade. and some possible suggestions for an upgrade to a CPU. currently running a Phenom 2 X4 965 looking to go to a FX series CPU

The H60 is a good cooler, but since you are changing everything why not go with the beefier H100i? Graphics card is in no way future proof, RAM is higher latency CL9 vs CL7. I would stick with your X4 965 right now and overclock the guts out of it when you get the H100i, with a puny little GTX550Ti you could have a 5ghz i7 and it wouldn't make a difference.
