Hmm, it does look good for situations where ultimate performance isn't paramount, such as laptops and auxiliary drives for pictures, music, and videos. However, I do see one...GIGANTIC problem, and that is it is priced way to close to the OCZ Vector. I see right now that Newegg has it on sale, the SAMSUNG 840 Pro Series MZ-7PD256BW, for $219 vs the OCZ Vector 256GB for $269, however OCZ can easily drop their price down to the MSRP of the Samsung drive, or even to $225 and it would make the Samsung drive much less appealing. But TLC should be, in the near future, cheaper to make than MLC and the durability and speed should increase drastically if TLC gains the attention of the other power players like OCZ.
