Denying request for summary judgment, the Los Angeles Superior Court gave Activision the green light to go to trial with its $400 million contract interference lawsuit against Electronic Arts over Call of Duty creators Jason West and Vince Zampella.

I hope they win and force EA to liquidate. The world will be well rid of Electronic Arts and its ruining of games.

I will never forgive them what they did to dragon age series.

I've hated them ever since they bought out Westwood studios which is how they acquired the C&C series, but they killed the Nox multiplayer servers, and back then Nox was, and still is, a great game. Let them keep their EA Sports division, they seem to be good at that though I haven't played any except Madden 2005 on the N64, but sell the rest to studios who will bring respect and glory back to the games they ruined.
