Before you laugh or poo-poo this, make sure you have done your homework. This technique has been proven to work....though the target is depression and learning ability. There is a company right now who has applied to 'kickstarter' for funding. Maybe this is the company. I have signed up for and should recieve soon a DYI version from that company. I will try and find the article. Anyhow, here it is:
