First off, is your computer a desktop or laptop / notebook?
Without knowning what computer you have (make and model)...what operating system you are using...and other information...here is what I can only say...
If it is a Desktop computer:
A) Pre-Built system
Download the Audio drivers from the computer manufacturer's website (i.e. Acer, DELL, HP). They should be under SUPPORT or DOWNLOAD under your computer's model number.
B) Custom Built system
Go to your motherboard manufactrer's website. Under your motherboard number, there should be audio drivers.
If your computer is a laptop / notebook:
Download the drivers from the computer manufacturer (i.e. HP, Lenovo, ASUS). All the necessary drivers should be located under your computer's model number.
If your computer came with a CD...
There should also be driver files there.
My motherboard is the ASUS Crosshair V Formula. I go to ASUS's website...
Support -> Downloads -> "Crosshair V Formula" -> "Windows 7 64-bit"
There is a tab for "Audio" , "LAN", "USB", etc.
