So, I am building a computer, and I bought 2 XFX Radeon 7990's. The wattage on the cards are 750 each, and my Power Suppy is 1000w. Is that going to be enough to power my cards?

Um TDP is 375.. Not 750 each. 750 for the two.  And negative. 1000W will not be enough. If your going to have 750W in GPUs.

You are going to want something like this.
