""When it comes to gaming, Microsoft couldn't be more focused as far as the Xbox One is concerned, as it plans to announce a number of big projects for the console next week. However, that isn't the only medium that the company is reaching out for, as it intends to do more gaming-oriented content for PC as well.""

It would be nice to have an alternative to STEAM. But when I read the quote before the article I thought they might be talking about doing something to penalize piece of ***** companies such as Ubisoft who rush out flawed games to make cash off people with wallets bigger than brains.

I hope LOTS will be done with PC gaming and it never ends, because it's my primary gaming machine, even though I have an Xbox 360 (Slim).  I use it for a few titles.  But there's no room in my budget at the moment for an Xbox One or a PS4, even though I want one of each.

Yea, same thing for me. I own both xbox360 and ps3. And a wii. And all the older consoles as well (almost).

Although, i would really like to see a forza title, and a metal gear title on pc without the console limitations.

Microsoft tried that with Xlive marketplace.

It didn't go all that well now, did it ?

When microsoft express thoughts about pc gaming status near a grand new in-house console launch, they hint to desperation.

Xbox One gaming at 900p/800p/720p 30 fps ? Really ?

And i could go on and on .....

Now they are thinking about pc gamers.

If you want to do something great, make sure you get it right first.

Bingo.  Forza is one of the reasons I use Xbox.  A PC version would be nice.

Xbox is the best when it comes to gaming. Microsoft has lots of potential to do but it does not bother for gaming part.
