The main question about True Audio - is how to do it physically?

Jack can not stick to the graphics card. What are the cable/hardware you need for connecting the speaker with amplifier or headphones?
All I can do now - is get the sound from the monitor using the jack to the amplifier. But this sound bull*****.
New technology is good, but I have never seen detailed instructions how to use it)

Splitting sound from HDMI is best done with an A/V receiver.

However, you misunderstand what TrueAudio does.  You don't need to use the onboard sound of the graphics card.  You can use the MB sound chip or a discrete sound card (best audio results by far).  TrueAudio is basically just sound number crunching.  The resulting audio data can leave the system many ways.

but it hard to find in shop.

Whether there is a formal method to connect and use the TA? Or the wire is the only way (except for digital receivers).

I would like to see the complete solutions in the box with the card or in the instructions for it. I hope you understand what I mean.

It appears you either didn't read or didn't understand my response.

You do not need to output any audio from the graphics card to use TrueAudio.  TA is an API for game developers to perform hardware-accelerated sound processing, to reduce load on the CPU.  The resulting digital sound data is sent out through any audio device in the system.
