Hey guys, my driver keeps on crashing every time I play games on my computer. At first I thought the problem was caused by Guild Wars 2 but I tried playing Skyrim earlier and the driver crashed. Setting the options to the lowest settings doesn't help much since the driver will still crash. I've tried, updating my drivers, using older drivers, putting the graphics card on a different PCI slot, creating TdrDelay, etc. but nothing works. I'm runing Windows 7 Professional x64 and this is my spec:

The only error message that I get is the "AMD display driver stopped responding and has successfully recovered" thing. Oh and I checked on the game's forums for help (even made a topic) but so far, nothing works. I thought that posting here might help.

Nobody is going to look up your sys specs. Please correct this with the required info.

That shouldn't be happening with your setup. Try going to Intel and check for updates >  http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Default.aspx

EDIT: Try these drivers. Uninstall the old first and run driver fusion.

Have you run GPU-Z whilst gaming...and checked the highest temp? Do you have sufficient cooling for your case....Ivy Bridge runs hot. (just thoughts)

Strange. I can't seem to download the Catalyst driver. The download link just sends me to what looks like a corrupted page. And the Intel Driver Update Utility tells me that only my Intel Chipset Software Installation Utility (Chipset INF) driver is valid. Everything else (Graphics, Audio Driver, WiFi, Wired Networking Drivers) are unkown or unssupported. As much as I'd like to try and fix my problem, my family and I are going on a trip and won't be back until tomorrow night. Oh and if Cataclyst Control Center is to be trusted, the highest temperature that I saw was around 70.

You need to run gpuz while the game is running to get a true picture. A confirmed Chipst INF is good. The link to the drivers is valid...at least in the US. You should uninstall..run DF..and install these new ones.

It looks like the problem was that something was overheating after all because after doubling the speed fan using CCC and the I was able to play Guild Wars 2 for 3 hours using high settings. The driver still crashed while I was playing but it's not as bad as before. Before, the driver would crash continuously when I'm playing the game using high settings. Now, it would only crash every 20-30 minutes. Which is weird because my driver crashes when the temperature is around 69-71 degrees (CCC says 69, GPU-Z says 71). I thought GPUs are still fine when they're that hot.

My fan speed for gaming is 60%. I know people who use higher. It all depends on your case/airflow. Make a preset for your fans in CCC labeled 'games' and one for 'normal'. Choose the higher one when you game.
