Windows 8 on Cat12.10

ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 with i5 2500K (newest BIOS)

Corsair TX650W

Sapphire Radeon 7850 x2 in Crossfire

Display is Achieva Shimian QH270 Lite 2560x1440 over Dual-link DVI

 

12.8 didn't have this issue. Message title explains problem. Only happens on card #1. Issue is constant. http://i.imgur.com/LaNbV.gif
