I have an HD4600 with DMI out.  I just upgraded to Windows 8 Pro and now have the black lines around the image as it does not scale to full screen on my TV.  I downloaded AMD Catalyst Control Center.  However, I can't find any options any where to adjust the scaling.

Where is the scaling option in the new CCC?

I'm not sure which cat version you're running but the later versions have it under MY DIGITAL FLAT PANELS.

That's just it!  There are zero option sunder Catalyst Control Center in the current version in Win8.  Nothing!  Nothing to configure as in previous versions.

So, unless I am missing something.
