How do I Prevent 'AMD VISION Engine Control Center' windows 7 start menu program folder from being created at boot?

I like my own custom menus and shortcuts they way I like them?

Preferabley without a work around like creating a hidden file in said location..?

Also inb4 install windows 8 :-)

Anyone have a solution? I even tried putting a blank file in place of the folder but you cant hide that from the start menu either?

You mean you can't take 5 seconds, right click, click Delete, and click Yes?

Maybe take another 5 seconds to reread what I wrote?

It recreates this folder at boot time. So manually deleting it every time isn't a good option.

Why not just uninstall or disable the loading of VECC?
