if we choose any 3d(opengl or directx) application window as active then fps drop 2x times

old version of tessmark detecting hd7770 as hd5700 series if you want a can test on new version

in 12.11 fps drop 3x times(10 if tessmark window active and 30 if inactive)

on russian arma2 forum in optimisation thread i read that many people with hd5xxx hd6xxx hd7xxx had problems with fps and one man write that after installing windows 8 he got 2x time fps increasing in arma 2
