For some reason my ATI Radeon HD 5770 (Sapphire Vapor-X) connected to a LG D2342P 3D Cinema monitor (via HDMI or DVI) won't enable the native stereoscopic settings in Windows 8. I have had Microsoft connect to my PC remotely (for about 3 hours) and they can't see why it won't enable. Yet I can play Doom 3 BFG, Dirt 3 and other HD3D compatible games via HDMI without a problem. and when connected via DVI tridef works fine.

Has anyone else experienced this if so is there an answer that both myself and Microsoft haven't seen
