As a former Nvidia user whos software was very easy to do this with I am at a loss as to how to create a profile that gets applied when Windows starts.  Hell I am at a loss as to how to creat a profile in the first place.  Some directions would be nice if possible as the help for Catalyst is about as user friendly as a brick to the face.

OS is Windows 7 Pro

AMD Catalyst is 12.10

If any other information is needed let me know and Ill give it thanks for any help I can get on this matter.

What you do is choose what 3D settings you want for the game. Then click 'apply'. Then choose 'save' and that opens up the program file where you find and choose the .exe file for the game you want to apply these settings to. When the game starts, the settings will be applied.

Thanks for the heads up on those stumped but maybe I should have been more clear.  What I want to do is setup a profile that runs when Windows starts that will prevent the 2D clocks from dropping to stupidly low levels as I run 2 monitors and the secondary monitor always has a....flicker if you can call it that.  Its almost like a faint bit of static you used to see on CRT TVs when the signal was weak.  Anyway Ill read those articles a bit more in-depth to see if maybe I'm missing something somewhere.

Yeah sorry but none of those articles seem to help when it comes to setting up a profile that is running as soon as Windows is up.  Also I dont want to attach it to a specific game I want it to activate when Windows starts up.  I had it working before but I didnt play with it all that much to see if I can get rid of the "fuzz" that occurs on my other monitor because the 2D clocks are going too low and now I cant seem to get it working again.  This is what I want to do for this.

I have a question that I believe fits the thread description.

I downloaded the Catalyst 12.10 CAP1 application profiles and installed them, however I don't see any application profiles listed in the choices.

Is there a bug with Catalyst 12.10 or do I need to do something else after installing the application profiles.

I am having a problem with World of Warcraft and would like to get the best setup possible with that I have on my system which is listed below in my signature.

I am running on Win 7 64bit, with World of Warcraft 64bit.  I was told there was an application profile for WoW.
