I have the  Asus Radeon HD 7870 since a few months and now noticed that i cant depend on it turning my monitor into standby anymore

Sometimes it enters standby for a minute but than turns on again with a black screen with the mousecursor in the middle after a minute.

My catalyst version is 12.10 i run Win 7 64bit. My screen is connected via the DVI connector.
