Problem

I have the Flatron and Syncmaster both on all the times.When I try to connect the TV with HDMi to watch movies, I get a black screens everywhere and nothing else.When forced to hard shutdown I start getting BSOD c000021a.I restored the system, installed drivers, tried again and the same.I intalled older drivers (12.4 and 12,6) pc works ok for now, I try to put the hdmi cable on again the same problems, and now even these drivers wont work.I am now on the pc with the basic VGA drivers.Everything works but as soon as I install a driver the dreaded c00021a BSOD comes back

*( If I connected the TV while on the windows startup screen and then login everything works perfectly.Any other time than that then  black screen --->Hard shutdwn--->BSDO on startup)
