Hello all. I've run across a problem that is quite bothersome. I run dual monitors on and ATI HD5870 Graphics card, and for some strange reason, the second monitor refuses to show a picture. It is connected via DVI directly to the graphics card, it makes a high pitched sound like it is trying to turn on, but it will not show a picture. Whenever I turn on the computer, the starting windows picture shows up on both monitors, but as soon as the desktop loads on my main monitor, the second monitor loses picture. Due to this, I imagine it is a software issue, so I've spent some time playing with the Vision Engine Control Center.
The vision control center is detecting my monitor, but it is not the correct monitor. Is there any way to select the proper monitor?
Control Center version: 12.1
All graphics drivers are up to date, and I'm running Windows 7 64-bit.
Thanks,
Dan
