AMD Catalyst Driver Version, and Driver History
12.10 and 12.11 beta, no difference.

Operating System
64 bit WIN7

Issue Details
Sadly it's not reproducable, it seems to happen randomly when I'm playing minecraft, LoL or even intensive videos! It just plainly crashes. It annoys me a lot since I've to restart minecraft, that sucks. A lot.

Have you disabled ULPS?

Google it...or>

Go to registry and disable Ulps:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SYSTEM\\ControlSet001\\Control \\Class\\{4D36E968-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}]

and change "EnableUlps" to 0 under the 0000 and 0001 and 0003 keys.
