I have problem. When I installed (System: Windows 7 Pro 64-bit) the drivers for the graphics card (Sapphire ATI Radeon 2600 XT PCI-e) everything was ok, untlil I changed the monitor refresh rate from 60 to 85 (in AMD Catalyst). Now i see black screen on my monitor (LG Flatron W1942S) and text: "Out of range 85.1kHz / 85Hz". I've try to reinstall drivers several times... but no effects... I've try to delete old files form folders in AppData, using DriverSweeper, DriverFusion and delete keys in registry but after new driver install again, he remember settings and i have the same problem:  "Out of range 85.1kHz / 85Hz"...

Have you some idea how to fix this ?

You shouldn't randomly delete files and use driver sweepers etc. Now that you f***ed up the system, you should probably reinstall it.

The thing you should have done:

Boot the computer and keep pressing F8 until you see a menu. You usually use this menu to select safe mode. However, now you must use VGA mode (640x480). It's a few lines below safe mode. Start the computer in VGA mode and set a resolution your monitor supports. Done.
